Unite Fitness has reinvented the Decathlon, the most balanced fitness event, to help inspire breakthroughs in the limited way we think of our mind and body. This is not just another road race, mud run or obstacle course, the Unite Fitness Decathlon or UFD is 10 fitness challenges in a 10 kilometer (6.2 miles) trail run all mixed up. Fitness challenges include exercises such as suspension rows, box jumps, and weighted lunge walk. Hear from 6ABCs Adam Joseph who completed UFD and a few of last year’s other inspirational finishers that surprised themselves in our Testimonials.
UFD is tough but you don’t have to “race” it or even complete the entire course. It’s accessible to all people with completion, relay (2-5 people) and competitive divisions. The point is to have fun trying to complete it. If you aren’t ready or interested in running here are, 10 Ways to Have Fun on Decathlon Day.
