    DECATHLON REINVENTED

    Unite Fitness reinvented the Decathlon, the ultimate cross-training event, to inspire breakthroughs in our training and mindset. This is not just another road race, mud run or obstacle course, the Unite Fitness Decathlon or UFD is 10 fitness challenges in a 10 kilometer (6.2 miles) trail run all mixed up. Fitness challenges include exercises such as suspension rows, box jumps, rope slams and weighted lunge walk. Hear from 6ABCs Adam Joseph who completed UFD and some other inspirational finishers that surprised themselves in our Testimonials.

    UFD is tough but you don’t have to “race” it or even complete the entire course. It’s accessible to all people with completion, relay (2-5 people) and competitive divisions.
