
Unite Fitness has reinvented the decathlon as a complete test of your heart, muscle and mind in one kickass event. This is not just another mud run or obstacle race, the Unite Fitness Decathlon or UFD is 10 fitness challenges and a 10 kilometer (6.2 miles) trail run. Challenges are exercise based to challenge muscle groups such as suspension row, box jumps, and weighted lunge walk.
The purpose of the UFD is to help you breakthrough your limitations and see just how much your mind and body are capable of. Take on the Decathlon challenge and let it inspire you to train better. While difficult, this truly is an awesome event and fun race for all people with two divisions, completion and competitive, and a 5k “Pentathlon” version if you don’t feel quite ready for the full decathlon.
